Hyperadaptive Stories from the field
Have a real-world story that Hyperadaptive sparked? Big or small, we'd love to hear from you.
Some stories come with hard numbers. Some are a month old and still finding them. If you've tried something, we'd love to know about it, including the parts that didn't work.
Share your storyThe wins worth telling
Personal productivity is easy to measure. Someone saved three hours on a report. What people want to see now is the connected win, where work across teams changed. So these are the signals we listen for:
-
Usage is climbing and the return finally starts to follow. Most organizations can show the first line. Few can show the second.
-
The gap between your power users and everyone else starts to close. A handful of people doing 10x work while the rest wait is the pattern almost everyone describes.
-
Ideas get built faster, inside governance. The time from "someone proposed an agent" to "it's live and approved" drops as governance moves from a committee to a network.
-
Random acts of AI turn into high-value use cases. Usually because someone, often an AI champion, started teaching people where to look.
You don't need all four, and you don't need to know which stage you're in. One of these, with a before and after, is a story.
Most of these start as a do-it-yourself project
Most organizations we talk with start on their own, and that's fine. Somebody runs AI dojos, apps sprout everywhere, and then it stalls because nothing connects them. One leader described it to us as wildflowers. The stories we're looking for pick up there: you saw the need for a shared language and a shared approach, and you put some of the model to work.
Questions about sharing a story
- Does it count if we did it ourselves?
- Yes. That's most of them. You don't need to have worked with us or a delivery partner.
- What will you do with these?
- It depends on what you share. We may quote a quick note, ask for a short video, or work with you on a written field report with Casey Hibbard, who writes customer stories. You choose named, anonymized, or research only, and nothing is published until you've seen it.
- What if we don't have numbers yet?
- Share it anyway. Early stories become quotes and videos, and some of them get numbers later.
- Do I need to know which stage we're in?
- No. Different teams are usually at different places. Tell us what changed.
- Who sees what I send?
- Melissa, and Casey Hibbard if it's headed toward a written field report. Nothing is published without your OK on the final version.
