This Privacy Policy explains how hyperadaptive.solutions ("Site") collects, uses and shares personal information and what rights you have regarding that information.

Information you provide - Name, business email, organization, job title, and any content you send via contact forms, event registrations or newsletter sign‑ups.
Information we collect automatically - IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interactions collected via cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
Information from third parties - Publicly available sources and business partners, in accordance with applicable law.

- Provide, operate and improve the Site and our services.

- Send administrative or marketing communications (with opt‑out options).

We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No Internet transmission is ever fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described or as required by law. When we no longer need information, we securely delete or anonymize it.
8. International Data Transfers
We are located in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the U.S. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards for such transfers.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
