Become a Hyperadaptive delivery partner

Melissa's stage, book and research create the demand. You deliver the work.

Where the demand comes from

Melissa speaks. People read the book. Field reports go out every few weeks. Then somebody asks the question the talk doesn't answer: how do we put this to work on Monday?

That question is the business. Hyperadaptive doesn't deliver the programs. Partners do.

On stage this month, she got to say the sentence this page is built on.

If you'd like help delivering on this system, there's a partner in the room.

What you'd sell

The current offerings, with more in development. All are designed by Melissa and built around one idea: the network that spreads AI learning is the same network that carries governance and the agent lifecycle.

Usually first

Running Hyperadaptive Organizations

Leaders learn the model together and leave with a read on their own organization. Private cohort or public seats. Usually the first thing a client buys.

Set direction

AI North Star Workshop

Two hours. Leadership agrees where AI goes first.

Prove it

Applied AI Workshop

Six hours. One team takes one real workflow and redesigns it with AI in the room.

Spread it

AI Leads Accelerator

An immersion day, then coaching while your champions put it to work across functions.

Run it

90-Day Activation Hub

Standing up the roles, rhythms and decision rights that keep AI adoption moving after everyone goes home.

Governance

Governance Network Workshop

Ninety minutes. The client's governance committee puts real names in each layer of the network, and drafts the announcement before they leave the room.

Each one ends by showing the client the next piece they're missing. That's where your second engagement comes from.

The commercial shape

The money

  • On work you source and deliver, you keep the large majority. Hyperadaptive takes one flat license percentage of the licensed portion of your statement of work, agreed between us before the proposal goes to the client.
  • One rate, all the way up. No minimums, no volume steps, no cliffs. A bigger deal is never worth less to you than a smaller one.
  • Paid when you're paid. Your revenue moves, ours moves with it. If the engagement doesn't happen, neither of us is holding an invoice.
  • No annual partner fee in year one, and no tiers to buy. Better rates get earned, and we'll define what earns them with the partners who are here first.
  • Source something we deliver and you earn a referral commission on it.

The working rules

  • You sell from day one. Enablement gates delivery. It never gates selling.
  • Melissa's co-selling hours are free and finite, per registered opportunity. When you want her delivering alongside you, that's a named line inside the client engagement, quoted before it's ever discounted.
  • Register an opportunity and it's protected for you. A person, a pain and a date is enough.

The rates themselves are in the partner agreement. Ask and we'll walk you through the whole model.

What you get

Materials

Facilitator guides, slides, activity boards and client-facing handouts for every program you're enabled to deliver, plus the pieces that help you sell it: the narrative deck, the listen-fors, the brand graphics and the media kit.

Licensed status

Every program page on this site says the same thing: designed by Melissa Reeve, delivered by a Hyperadaptive delivery partner trained in the model. Taking the class makes your people fluent. The agreement makes you licensed.

Melissa in the room

On your sales calls as the author and the subject-matter expert, and in delivery when the engagement calls for it.

The apprenticeship arc

Your people get enabled inside live, paid engagements, per person and per offer.

  1. See one. Melissa delivers. Your instructor observes.

  2. Do one together. Melissa leads. Your team runs real segments.

  3. Do one together. You lead. Melissa is beside you.

  4. Do one solo. You deliver. Melissa observes. You're licensed for that offer, on your paper.

We don't hand you a binder built from imagination. The play gets built against your first real deal.

Who we're looking for

We're working with early partners now, and building this deliberately rather than fast.

What we look at when we talk

  • What you can deliver that we can't
  • Who you're already in the room with
  • Whether your people have real depth today
  • Whether a team your size can take this on without over-extending
  • Who owns it on your side when it gets hard
  • Whether the economics work in both directions

Two shapes fit so far. A large consultancy with its own organizational design practice, and a boutique practitioner network adding AI activation to what it already sells.

If you want a page of numbers proving this pays before you commit, we're not there yet. The early partners are the ones helping us build that evidence.

How this starts

Partners aren't buying a license to a curriculum. They're joining work that's been going on for seventy years, from Toyota forward, that AI has finally made too big for the operating model to absorb. Melissa is one voice in that choir. The point of a partner network is that the work carries on without any one of us in the room.

So it starts as a conversation.

  1. Register an opportunity. A person, a pain, a rough date. Protected for you from that moment.

  2. We co-sell it. Melissa joins as the author and the expert. You own the relationship throughout.

  3. We shape and price it together. Which offerings, what sequence, who delivers what, and which portion is licensed.

  4. You deliver, and we settle up.
